STEPS OF SPA MASSAGE


1. Apply combined cream mixture,
layer by layer, onto the scalp.

2. Massage into scalp, following the
shape of the head, to the back of the ear and end at the nape of the neck. Repeat this movement-using your thumbs.

3. Hold the top of the head with your hand while massaging the nape of the neck with your thumb.

4. Using the thumb, massage the temple with a rotating movement.

5. Do a rotation movement on the center of forehead. Repeat several times.

6. Use your thumb to press the center of the forehead, following the 4 spots until you reach the crown.

7. Massage from the side of the head, following the head’s shape, then turn to the crown and gently tug at hair.

Note: Not recommended for clients with hair loss problems.

8. Using all fingers, massage with a rotating movement from the front to the back of head, meeting at the center of the head.

Do the same rotation from the left to right part of the head. Do a simple relaxation technique of stroking the head, from the forehead straight to the nape of the neck.

SPA RELAXATION

1. Relax muscles by massaging the nape up and down until reaching theshoulders. Repeat movement using both thumbs.

2. Massage from shoulders to shoulder blades.

3. Massage tension modules at the shoulder blades repeatedly. Massage on left and right sides.

4. Massage tension modules on the upper back repeatedly.

5. Heat palms by rubbing both hands, then rub from nape to shoulders.
